It really might be worth the extra money a new sail will cost, since you'll get the exact measurements for your rig, and get an idea of how much larger it is than the standard sails are.  Cheesy  A good sail loft can help with getting the sail cut to the right length but still leave you a bit of room to adjust with the boom downhaul.
