Hey folks,

Just curious if there are any other Cal 2-27 owners out there and how do you like your Cal.

This morning it looked so nice out I thought I'd leave it out.

Skipper Dave! I remember seeing the article in Latts and Atts on your boat.  I  read the article a couple of times trying to get some ideas for my boat.  I was so impressed with your boat.  You guys have it looking sharp!   Your wife has great taste in her decorating and the "knick knacks" make is look cozy.   You guys make a great team.   Best of luck!

Hey Connie,

Thanks for the nice words, and yes my wife loves to decorate.  For the past 4 years we have entered the Holiday Boat Parade and this year we had 7,000 lights.  We won Best Spirit.  Next year we are going for the top prize, Best Overall.
We are in this months issue "Lats&Atts" on page 117 (Tina Marie).

Capt Dave.  COOL!!  I cannot wait to get this edition in the mail. I will check you guys out!  I am really enjoying your sense of humor!
I went to a boat parade in PC and it was so cool.   One of the boats even shot off fireworks in front of the judges.  They threw beads and candy too as they went by.   Nothing like drinking some hot buttered rum and enjoying the parade.
Due to work  Sad  I did not have an opportunity to get my boat entered.
Do you use a generator?

Connie,
I use a 4500 watt generator which is more than sufficiant.  Didn't you get this months issue yet?  We got ours a couple of weeks ago.  Anyway we are on page 117 a little blurb about running into friends out at sea.

Skipper Dave, if it does not come this week, I will call and check on it.  I will look for the blurb!
