A simple way to improve sandwiches and plenty opportunities for a cook with imagination. You probably all know about quesadillas. Tortillas are cheap, they keep for ever in a seal package and there are always handy for anything you want really. The filling is up to you.
a simple can of tomatoes, or fresh ones,  some cheese, a little spices and you have a nice lunch.
From this base, you can put anything you want in it. (chicken, tuna, eggs, shrimps etc..)
Just heat up two tortillas in a pan (no grease needed), then place one back in the pan with the filling, do not over fill, just spread it, put on top the second tortilla, let it brown (not burn.. Roll Eyes . turn over, let brown the other side. You can give them a mexican taste, or chinese, or whatever....
