I downloaded the audio version from Librivox.  http://librivox.org/sailing-alone-around-the-world-by-joshua-slocum/  I would love to read the book but with my schedule lately I am hoping I will at least have time to listen to it.

I have an old paperback copy that I picked up at a library sale. I have read it in full, and now go back and read a chapter here and there from time to time.
I do the same thing with DOVE

The person who edited the book is based out Texas A&M and still teaches there and suppose to know a good amount of info on him. First sailing book for me to read. Smiley

Just finished it (Audio version). Fantastic! The whole time I was hoping he would hit Reunion Island. Came close but to no avail. I heard it is an amazing place.
