I love peanuts. But, I should have them not salted and not fried. So, I buy a 3 pound bag of "Raw Peanuts," not fried, not salted. Then I pour some into a paper bowl, and taking advantage of being dockside, crank up my tiny microwave for 2 minutes (+/-) and roast away. the result - hot peanuts a cardiologist would love.  Just be careful not to leave them in too long, overheating starts the bowl and shells to burn.
