ELECTRA restoration (scooter)

Thought I'd list what was done:
                                                   
                                                   Remove all deck hardware and rub rail etc
                                                   remove combings and all wood trims
                                                   Repair sliding hatch,remove/modify and install new fore hatch
                                                   make new combings,drop boards,winch bases
                                                   remove all delaminated deck.Re-core with foam/epoxy/3 layers of tape
                                                   drill holes to allow drying in suspect but solid deck ereas...then epoxy
                                                   remove aweful repair on keel, epoxy 5 layers of stitchmat-2 cloth
                                                   sand down rudder (wood) apply green wood preservative,prime
                                                   install new OB bracket on modified base
                                                   modify/install new boarding ladder
                                                   make drawing and order SS dodger frame.Install, then make dodger pattern-order
                                                   cut out aft deck and install 2 access hatchs
                                                   install locking hasp on cockpit locker
                                                   sand/prime deck..paint
                                                   sand/prime hull..paint
                                                   order new main-2 deep reef points, jib-1 deep reef point, lightweight 150
                                                   take mast/boom in for new standing/running rigging and inspection
                                                   modify to fit and install new traveller
                                                   install cockpit and interior bilge pumps
                                             
                                   interior     re-enforce fore deck
                                                   install shelves in fore peek and main cabin
                                                   modify galley for more storage
                                                   dream up folding/removable table
                                                   locate one that fits ??? then install new water tank in bilge with new lines
                                                   locate small deep cycle battery and install in bilge
                                                   glass in plywood to secure tank and battery
                                                   cut plywood bunk fillers and install supports
                                                   glass in old port holes to fit new opening ports-install
                                                   install new curcuit panel and rewire boat
                                                   install VHF, depth/knot/temp and compass
                                                   remove old throughhulls and install new ones for head
                                                   install new head
                                                   glass over old cockpit drains-install new 1 1/2" through hulls and  hose
                                                   paint interior
                                                   install oil lamp and barometer etc
                                                   make patterns for new cushions/fillers. Get new 4" foam cut
                                                   drink wine watching Judy make new cushions ;D
                                                   sit below and dream

I have a similar list. Except I am working backwards.....am presently on item 1.

Welll....it's finally out of the shop.I think the 2 biggest days are when you're peeling back the tape after painting and then the 'out of the shop' or moving it the yard day.Both signify major changes in the boats condition.
