I picked up the new wok you sent me from the PO today - awesome! I don't have an oven to season it in right away, but I am going to go ahead and cook on it tonight anyway. :)

Tuna fried rice.
have chopped onoins, garlic, peppers ( green and red and/ or scallions) ready.
If you have some lemongrass even better add it as well.
any seasme oil (hot) opional
Heat Wok hot, add some olive oil

Decide before hand of you want the veggies crisp or tender & moist.
Crisp: drop into Wok your rice, brown slightly witha bit of Lemon grass and a bit of oil
then add all the other stuff. Cook to taste
Moist & tender: fry up the oinons & peppers, etc first til oinons start to change slighly then add garlic plus lemon grass, count to 10 slowly add rice & tuna, slightly brown...
For something different a small bit of pinapple added to the mix
dish it up...sprinkle a little scallions on top
break out the wine/beer... a moment of reflection/prayer/thanks... go for it, CHOW DOWN ! ;D
