Hi Captains,   Can anyone recommend a good updated cruising guide for a trip from the Rio Dulce, Guatemala to the Fl Keys?      Thanks,  Wade

"Cruising Ports: The Central American Route" by Capt. Pat Rains. Pretty good guide that touches on places in that general area.
