Nothing to do with sailing but kinda funny. Our 16yr old daughter was out tricker-treating to night and came home around 9pm.Then she and a girlfriend went back out and got in a car with a 'guy'.....yep...our LITTLE GIRL IN A CAR WITH A GUY !!!....next thing Judy and I are out looking..each in our own vehicle...cell phones smokin , in hot pursuit.Turns out the girls just got a ride to the store and were already walking home when Judy stopped their car !! OOOOOPS ..Kind of embarassing eh.The young lad in the car was scared someone was following him and had tried to outrun Judy. Guess us old folks can afford more horsepower than the young'ns. We all had a good chuckle. Wierd feeling...one minute a 'little girl'....next thing ..'getting in a CAR with a guy'....not sure I'm ready for all this. Grinding fiberglass is WAY simpler. We really do turn into our parents.....paybacks are heck.
A very wise man told me that if you want to know what a woman is going to look like when she gets older, take a good look at her mother... Evey once in a while I'll catch my sister doing something that my mother does...and when I point it out to her, we both laugh about it.
I had five children, all female; now all adults-thank gosh!
How's your nerves...5...WOW !!!....how did ya make it??

I feel sorry for you...how many weddings did you have to pay for... LOL... btw, I'm hoping they took after their mother in looks...

yes, they look nothing like me, thank god; otherwise there would have been zero weddings ::)
