Kurt ( capnK) has been searching for a book for some time and has had no luck. It's the book that turned me on to cruising in a sail boat and is long out of print.

Anyone know where he can get his hands on a book called "Princess, New York" by Joe Richards?

Let Kurt know- he'll love ya for it.

Thanks to CJ's post and CC's reply, I received a copy of the book as a gift a few days ago. Neato! Grin

"Princess" is a GREAT book, I highly recommend it! I was almost 3 days in the reading, which is a long time for me (I read fast), but I was stretching it out because I enjoyed it so much. I didn't want it to end. The author is a great writer who has an obvious love for his boat - an old wooden Friendship sloop, Morse-built - and skill as both an author and illustrator (all the drawings were done by him)

This is a book I will read many times more, and can highly recommend.

Thanks, y'all! Cheesy
