Kurt ( capnK) has been searching for a book for some time and has had no luck. It's the book that turned me on to cruising in a sail boat and is long out of print.
Anyone know where he can get his hands on a book called "Princess, New York" by Joe Richards?
Let Kurt know- he'll love ya for it.

Hey CapnK- there ya go- better grab one of them ;D before someone else here does.
Great book. He still had the same boat when he died in the late 80s Bought her before World War II
Thanks to CJ's post and CC's reply, I received a copy of the book as a gift a few days ago. Neato! ;D
"Princess" is a GREAT book, I highly recommend it! I was almost 3 days in the reading, which is a long time for me (I read fast), but I was stretching it out because I enjoyed it so much. I didn't want it to end. The author is a great writer who has an obvious love for his boat - an old wooden Friendship sloop, Morse-built - and skill as both an author and illustrator (all the drawings were done by him)
This is a book I will read many times more, and can highly recommend.
Thanks, y'all! :D
