One question, though?  Where exactly are these guys DRIVING CARS that other people obey the rules and drive defensively?  That's beyond my experience.

I'd rather be on the water...

Those drivers are apparently in Canada, where people are allegedly more polite, law-abiding and courteous than on this side of the Line.

They're certainly here not around Boston! ;D
