I want to build a small arch to hold a good sized solar cell and my vhf antenna.
Also thinking of moving the traveler back there too.

You might try OnlineMetals.com (http://onlinemetals.com). In the past, I've found their prices competitive with other suppliers and they will cut-to-length if you need an oddball size.

28' of 7/8 tube and 8' of 3/16x1.5 bar.
