Title: Allegra 24 / Vancouver 27
Post by: Greene on January 21, 2012, 09:28:18 AM
These are two boats I have penciled in on our short list.  Anyone have first hand experience with either of them?  We are planning to move to the Gulf Shores  / Orange Beach area in 18 - 24 months and will be buying a boat suitable for sailing those areas.  We have the Dana 24, PS 27, Island Packet 27 or 29, etc.  on our list as well, but there is lots of good info available for them.  We haven't seen much first hand info on these other two.

Fair winds,

Mike and Brenda

If you google "Robard or Rabalder" a Vancover 27. Is one for sale in Sweden. You can  e-mail Micke, the owner ask him about the boat, great boat!
and the ad is on www.osk.org (check "forum", then "s?ljes") and you'll find it.

Thanks.  The Vancouver 27 sounds like a solid bluewater boat.  Of the boats we have on our short list, I'd say it is the hardest to find first hand info on.
