Been working on a main cabin remodel on a Vanguard 32. Too many pics to repost, so here's a link to the post on TSBB-

Thanks, Charlie. I was hoping that you would post some photos of this project.
Getting late, so will look at them more tomorrow.
Good luck with the project. :)
Next set of pics up,, showing the work on the starboard side-

Ten days left to finish the job :o
Appreciate the additional project photos and notes, Charlie. :)
Can see the advantage of a boat having the old-school wooden construction bonded to the fiberglass hull and no fiberglass liner or interior pan, for doing these kinds of modifications. You've got good access to the hull and can bond new work directly to it wherever you want to.
Do you have a local supplier of marine plywood, or do you order it and have it delivered to your shop?
I see that these photos are a week old, so you must be quite a bit farther along, maybe close to finishing up?
I can pick up fir marine in Victoria, about 45 miles away. They order it in for me.
For Okume, or Meranti I have to drive to Houston, and usually just stay over night at my sisters house.
Was SUPPOSED to finish the job tomorrow, but the owner added some stuff, so I won't get it done til after I return from Sail Oklahoma. He knows the delay is his doing, not mine ;) ;)
Should have more pics tomorrow evening though
