Title: Boat food.
Post by: CharlieJ on May 09, 2014, 06:06:00 PM
Last night on the chat, several of us were discussing cooking aboard, pressure cooking, etc . Here's a few links to sites that cover that sort of thing. Some of these may have already been posted- if so-they deserve another mention

"The Boat Galley" Written and maintained by an experienced cruiser, FOR boat people. BIG site- don't be in a hurry.

The Foodie Gazette. This section on use of, and recipes for pressure cooking on board. It'll take a while to read this one.

And from the same site, a section on non refrigerated foods. This is a VERY handy thing on longer cruises, on smaller boats.

Or any boat with a vegetarian aboard.

Thanks for the links, CJ.
