Title: I can't find the Thread.......on long life Bread :-(

Hey, that ryhmes  8)

I am pretty sure someone made a post earlier this year about making bread that lasts a fair old while, dunno if it was a recipe or just a mention  :(

.......does that ring a bell with anyone? (yeah, I did a search - we like our bread here don't we  8))

 I think it was in the presure cooker post. I think someone put bread dou in a mason jar and after the cooled a little, drop the top on it and it seals up. a month later you get a hanker'in for bread you open a jar. but I'm not sure how it would work a sandwitch at sea.......
that's what I  want.

  I looked for the thread myself last night without even thinging of the one that Frank mentioned... pretty bad since I started the thread...  ::)
