Any night of the year!!

With apologies to Jimmy! Grin

We were gonna dinghy ashore and hit the food booths at the 4th of July party in the park- but it's raining.

So

Laura hits the food storage bin and

Small can of tomato sauce, heated and spiced with Italian seasoning

Some grated Italian cheese

Some sliced pepperoni

All on some flour Tortillas

Heat in a skillet

Voila!

Personal pizzas in the cockpit ;D
