This looks similar to a dinghy designed by Danny Greene back in the 80s. i ordered the plans for his "Two Bits" dinghy and the rough plans for the three piece dinghy was included. Greene is the designer of the noted Chameleon two piece nesting dinghy.

I was in error about the Danny Greene dinghy resembling the Nestor. The Green dinghy, Tryst, is three piece at 16 feet or 2 piece at 12 feet. The 16 foot dinghy is double ended like a Cajun pirogue. The included web address is a 1987 Cruising World publication that lists the advertisement for the plans.
The Nestor seems more substantial than the Tryst, but that is from practically no information, just a hunch.
Note: There is an advertisement below and to the right of the Tryst ad that features the 23' Glen-L Amigo, the boat Jethro Gibbs, in NCIS, built in his basement.
