Great but now you cant eat it all....Poach the rest(means cook it up with some water or liquid...no mess!)

Cooked fish keeps better and can be used for fish salad or fish cakes the next day.
Ill dig up my fish cake recipe and post it. Its a New England thing so some of you may not have had one.
