I want to build a small arch to hold a good sized solar cell and my vhf antenna.
Also thinking of moving the traveler back there too.

You might try OnlineMetals.com.  In the past, I've found their prices competitive with other suppliers and they will cut-to-length if you need an oddball size.

They had everything I want and saved $91 over what I had previously found.
28' of 7/8 tube and 8' of 3/16x1.5 bar.
