Bread cake or Cake bread

Get some good unsliced bread like the kind that you get in the Bahamas. Cut 2 pieces per person
Butter one side
Buy some premade frosting like Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan.

Toast the bread slices in a pan.
As soon as each piece is "done" apply frosting.
Stack the next on top of the other and apply frosting.
Eat right away when still warm.

To easy and good, will put some weight on if you needed (or not).
