Looking for DIY boatyard in CT... any suggestions?

Looking for a yard in CT (the further west the better) that allows owners to work on their boats and has reasonable rates for winter storage...  any suggestions?  Thanks,

Hi:  Years ago, I worked in Norwalk, CT at Norwest Marine.  There were a couple of DIY yards nearby on Water Street.  Last year I drove through the area and thought about how little things had changed.  Also, take look at Wilson Cove Boatyard in Rowayton, CT.
