We just got word that the indispensible part to repair our apparently rare alternator has been put on a bus on the mainland! it might get here tomorrow. Or not. Nobody's quite sure. So far, we've been in Port McNeil 5 days of our annual vacation time.

Here's to life's experiences! when they end, we're dead.
