So I have an intresting opportunity in front of me. This girl I have been kind of seeing off and on, is a vet. Anyway, it looks like shes been accepted to this school:

http://www.sgu.edu/

Anyway, she wants me to come live on the boat and be with her down there. Im kind of torn, I know eventually she wants a family, and she seems to be wanting me to come down out of the kindness of her heart. However, I don't know that our paths are going the same way.

But ...

Location, Location, Location!

If you were in my shoes?

either get wed or leave her.

If she wants somebody to look after the boat when she is away I can do it.

LOL LOL!

No no, my boat. She wants me to come down there and stay with her while she goes to school. Wants to have a "relationship" altho expects me to sail around and explore, etc. Just be there for when she needs to get away from school.

They have a med school down there too- is that where she's going? Let's see is medicine compatible
with sailing? As long as your partners (medical group) understand...:)

Updates!  Espec particulars on her lonely buxom colleagues!  Sails'll be wingin' for Grenada like seagulls for an overturned bread truck...

Newt, shes a vet. Finishing up a project at FAU right now. Something about a breeding an endangered species of turtle.

If we decide to do this, ill keep everyone posted. Like I said, shes just very family oriented and I definitely am not into the kids idea. Maybe I would get married again, but thats a pretty big maybe.

She has a few months left before she finishes up her research project, and something with the school, then shes going to look into doing it. I'll keep everyone posted, but, expect about Jan/Feb of next year before we know for sure what the plan is.

As long as you both understand each other intent and you could always just leave if it doesn`t work out. Then I say go for it and have fun.

What would 'I' do? Based on my track record with women, the exact wrong thing.  That said...

Until rings and vows are exchanged you are not committed.  Just be honest with her.
