Triton "on the hard" - $100

Brings up the question... since the boat is obviously "lost", when do salvage rights kick in? As in, who is offering the boat for $100? (I could use that stern rail though)

Of course, any "owner" of that boat is going to be legally responsible for removing and disposing of it.  While there may be a fairly good list of parts that are salvageable, I don't think they'll cover the cost of towing that away and disposing of it.
