I have always wanted to go on a cruise ship and my wife and I finally got a chance to go on a short cruise. It all started out really nice We made it to Cozumel with not a problem. On the way back on Sunday morning we were awaken at 5 am and told to get out of our state room. The ship was on fire. Yes I had sailed on Carnival Triumph need less to say it turned into a rough next 5 days. I can  say that the media done a great job of blowing everything out of shape and a few of the passengers did not help any. There was not human Feces washing down the passage ways and the toilets would have been OK if people had listed to what was open and what was closed.. I did observe people taking far more food than they could eat and stuff like that. I was not impressed with the actions of my fellow man. I plan on going on another soon and I know that it will be much better. People can be so insufferable when they are required to do things that are differant than normal.

Any sail boat regardless of size is a potential world cruiser, but a power boat is nothing more than a big expense at the next fuel dock

Jotruk,

THANKS for the post!!

It does good to get the real story!!!!
I was in the San Francisco Bay area during an earthquake, to watch the TV you would have thought the town had come down like it did way back when. It turned out to be about 2 old buildings that they managed to video from 20 different angles.

If they would ONLY report the real story???? We would all be better off.
