Has anyone on here built one of these little dinghys?

They look really sharp and seem to be ideal for my Compac 23.

Looks nice indeed! I'm in need of a dingy for my 27 footer and might build one (or two!) for next summer.

I really like the lines, and while a phram can quite classy looking, I like the longer upturned bow.

Many small dingy designs are fine for use on someone's duck pond, but "real world" cruising often involves chop.  I was going ashore yesterday in a moderate wind and even with a large RHIB I got dingy butt.  ::)

I like the lines on this one.  Thanks for posting it.
Satisfaction is wanting what you already have.

I built one of those for the kids quite a few years back. Without skegs it would spin on a dime. But it floated and rowed with me in it and I'm 6'3" 280 lbs, I never felt comfortable with it but it would probably get you to the dingy dock and back. The bottom was 1/4" and could have stood beefing up if you really want to use it.
