Well I was finally able to get my boat out from the dock. The lake here has been down about 16 foot and I was unable to get my boat out due to rocks about 3 ft. off the stern. Well we had a good rain last week and the lake is actually near normal in level. We had a very good day of sailing temperature was in the low 60's and the wind was about 15 mph great day. this is the first time since October last year that we were out.

Any sail boat regardless of size is a potential world cruiser, but a power boat is nothing more than a big expense at the next fuel dock

Really!? The lake came up 16' from one rain? How big is it?

I can't watch the sea for a long time or what's happening on land doesn't interest me anymore.  -Monica Vitti
