looing for information on what boats come with a motor in a well. Here's what I have so far.

Pearson Ariel 26
Cape Dory 25
Bristol 24
Bristol 27

What other boats in this criteria have the motor mounted in a well? Looking at 24-30 feet. Also what boats have had the factory option of inboard or motor in a well configuration?

Thanks, I looked up the specs on your boat and I found this informative website that has lots of similar boats with outboards.

My 1975 Catalina 27 originally had a motor well for a 2 stroke.  I glassed it up and put a 4 stroke Suzuki 9.9 on the stern.

I looked at a Catalina 27 with an outboard well, I wish it was more inboard not just hanging off of the stern. However I didn't like the standard layout. I liked the mid 70s dinette configuration.

My Tophat 25 footer has a well with an 8 hp 2-stroke outboard.

Solitaire (Coronado 25) has a standard outboard well in the lazarette. Shelves port and stbd for tanks.
Tight fit for the 6hp Tohatsu SailPro with the increased cowl size on the 4 stroke. Cant tip motor all the way up as you could the old 2 stroke Suzy.

Self draining, and motor sits low enough that with 24" shaft have never had problem with prop coming free motoring in a following sea. (4-5') Good old "tanks" with hand laid hulls. Cheap and available.
