Hi There -  I do happen to have one of those Captain Prep. books with a CD.  It's a thick book with a million study questions.  I got turned off after studying a couple weeks for having to learn lots of things I didn't think I would ever use and would quickly forget anyway.  I will gladly mail it to you if you reimburse the postage and would want it back when you are done with it, as I still may wish to pursue my six pack license.
