Engineless sailing sources

Ahoy mateys
I'm looking for some info on manually powering my 23. (Rowing/sculling/yuluing/etc. Anybody know of some sources?

I used to scull my engineless `59 Frisco Flyer. If the winds were less than 5knots and no current, I could make about 1/2 knot.

Alice has escaped....... on the Bandersnatch....... with.. the Vorpal sword....
