We spent Thanksgiving in Annapolis and had the surprise of having our families come down and join us for the holiday.  The weather even cooperated and we ate outside with sun and a high nearing 60.  A great Thanksgiving.  Of course, this year we were mostly thankful to have made it through Sandy unscathed.

I want to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving. Also please remember those who serve overseas and who will be on duty and cannot be with there families this holiday.

Any sail boat regardless of size is a potential world cruiser, but a power boat is nothing more than a big expense at the next fuel dock

Same here.  Wishing all a Happy Thanksgiving.

Mine is a little unique this year.  We always have trouble with schedules, so this year I told my boys to sit tight and I'd come to them.  So, I drove my land cruiser, a 1992 22'  Lazy Daze, and had thanksgiving meal with my boys and their girlfriends in my motorhome.  Not too may folks out in their motorhomes this time of year in Northern Michigan -- just too much cold and snow.

A different, but warm and fulfilling, family experience -- and a bit of a ground based SailFar experience!
