A couple I used to know are doing a circumnavigation on their Morgan Out Island 511. The 51 foot ketch has a folding keel which was severely damaged in the pacific after a collision with a humpback whale. They have interrupted their circumnavigation and returned to Sweden to make some money for the rather expensive repairs.

What was left of the keel.
I look for subtle places, beaches, riversides and the ocean's lazy tides.
I don't want to be in races, I'm just along for the ride.
