Affordable Weekly Slip/Mooring in Delaware Bay or Northen Chesapeake

Woody and I are already making plans for our return trip south from Boston.  We travel back to TX (by plane) briefly for the first two weeks in October.  We're researching cheap slips/moorings on either of the bays to keep Mona at while we're gone.  Proximity to an airport is highly desirable.  We stayed a marina in Baltimore last time, but the owner was a little sketchy.  Any suggestions?
