Cuba has offered to repay an old debt to the Czech republic in rum. $270 million worth of rum.
The Czech republic has replied that the offer is "interesting" so as we may get a lot of new rum in Europe - which are the best?
I look for subtle places, beaches, riversides and the ocean's lazy tides.
I don't want to be in races, I'm just along for the ride.
