I'll opt for the "yellow ice".... a good high octane beer.   My home brew pale ales generally average around 6%, as I don't care for beers much stronger.  I've never tried freezing it.   I just drew a plastic cup full, and set it out to go flat........ It'll go in the freezer later today................   A "Norwegian Sour", if there is such a thing.   Brewed with Kveik yeast and juniper.
