Snow moon

Could easily walk around after dark and it cast shadows everywhere.

Sorry Frank, looked for the snow moon here, couldn't see it....Too much snow coming down!

Your moon is cheating if it is a snow moon, it showed up when the snow was missing.

An inch since 6 AM, and falling with enthusiasm, but I went out early for the paper, and plan to sit tight until either it stops, or just before the mail is due.  I always try to give them a break in the form of a clear sidewalk and porch.  If this gets as deep as some forecasters predict, I will hire a teenager to shovel it for me.

Right now, I would love to be strolling the snow white beaches of the Bahamas.

It was like daylight here reflecting off the snow here last night.
It was a pretty moon. Made me wish I had a good digital camera.

We must have had the 'spring moon' last night. Huge and golden rising up out of the pines to the north after dark, when I woke at about 3AM for a look you could just about read outside with no other light. :)
