Just got a call from my daughter-,, they are flooded. Almost as much as Hurricane Harvey. Not in her trailer, but up to top of steps and unable to get out . Has her car up on a feeder street and it's ok

Rest of family over there ok so far

This  is on the I 10 corridor, between Beaumont and Port Arthur

But it's still pouring

reports of up to 18 inches of rain so far, and still going *yks

How high did the water get with Harvey in your daughters neighborhood?

Water damage can be expensive in a modern structure, trailer or house, as they have much more wiring and cables than in years past.

For the future, can she raise the trailer another concrete block or two?

I sure hope that the rain lets up before the water gets any higher.
