;) Charlie will not like this one, but....

Shoveling snow, and enjoying it.  With the gym closed by Covid, and many other 'normal' forms of exercise out of use, the snow is a great way to get out and stretch the muscles.

15 minutes shoveling fast enough to stay warm, get tired, come in and loaf for 45 minutes, and back out.  6 cycles, and the snow is off everywhere we do not want it.

Shirley participates to, knocking the snow off the shrubs, and I did the tree limbs, to keep the snow from breaking limbs off.  One big limb broke off the neighbors tree, so I did theirs too, since my wires come through that tree.

As long as there is no wind, 32 can be relatively pleasant.

That was the 9 inch fall, the later 3 inch one was done in two trips out.

I would love to be sailing in a southern clime, but that is the responsibility of Frank to do this year,  Keep it up, we need the pictures!

I like your “shovel in shifts” approach.
Great way to do it!
I split wood by hand that way...
Walk by the pile, grab the axe, split until I start to sweat a bit
Carry on to something else...
Nevef seems too much like work that way..

I actually miss those magical sunny days after a nice snow fall.
Very pretty!
