ken hankinson designed 35'steel ketch

I was cruising with google and located the hankinson aquarian 35' ketch. apparently Ken has retired and withdrawn all support to boatbuilders.
so the boat on offer has the downside of being built from plans privately as well as no support from the designer.

anybody out there know this boat - apparently quite a few were built.
I would like to know how they sail ?

Although this one isn't a ketch, it's still a nice looking boat.

You're right, Kris - details on the vessel are few and far between...
