Someone mentioned some pretender team here a couple weeks ago, a team that wants to be like the Packers so much they found a "P" name, but now, NOW the *really* important game is coming up...

Yes, I'll be watching one of my annual 1 or 2 football games this evening. ;D

I might even hoot-n-holler, like a 'normal' person...  :D :D :D

Uhhhhh...  considering everyone said the Giants wouldn't even make the playoffs, I think a little recognition is due to them!

Yes, I think it was very sportsmanlike of Green Bay to allow the Giants to go on to the Super Bowl in their stead, especially since the Giants were 'underdogs' and trying so hard, according to Ol' Coot. ;D

Who ARE these people you speak of? Giant's? Do they sail BIG boats? If so they don't belong here do they?

I don't know who they are either, but I'll bet if they have boats, they ARE big  ;D

You do have to remember that a small boat philosophy is a relative thing... If a giant is 16' tall and has a 60' boat, it very well may be that he is a small boat Sailfar type sailor, if a bit larger than we're used to. :) However, if he's on a 300' sailboat, he's probably not going to qualify. :)   Likewise, a lilliputian on a 5' boat might not qualify either. :)

ROFLMAO!! Thanks- I needed a laugh.

I'm working today glassing new engine beds into a customers boat- and its raining!! So I'm mixing epoxy inside, walking out to the boat, climbing the ladder, opening the hatch, climbing inside ( no steps- engine is under there) filleting the beds, climbing BACK out, back into the shop, wetting out the glass, rolling it up, climbing back IN ( with all the opening and closing etc) and putting the glass on.

I JUST finished and the rain is now falling HARD, so I guess I'll take a holiday. I understand today IS some sort of holiday anyway.
