Fun cooking aboard video: Poisson cru!

This Youtube video was great fun! I would have liked a bit more text/instructions, 'cuz it also looks mighty tasty (and no heat!)

Looks like a Tahitian version of ceviche, with raw fish cooked in lemon juice with veggies. Only it uses coconut milk, perhaps instead of garlic. Looks tasty!

Of course, you've gotta get fresh raw tuna for this recipe.
