Maxsea & Nobletech problems

My Maxsea screen only shows my boat icon on a red screen. All of my charts are open, but I get no chart display. 

My Nobletech doesn't open all of the charts in the package. 

Is there anyone out there with enough experience working with these programs to point me in the right direction?

I have had similar problems in the past with not opening and color reverses when open.  I solved the problem by always loading the charts I needed from a disc...and I keep backup discs stored out of harms way.  I then took all of the nobeltech related charts off my hard drive.  Works fine that way.
