I seen that ad as well. Never heard of a Kittiwake, but she looks salty! Comes with trailer, looks like a good deal from the ad. I hope these good deals are out there when I`m ready to take the plunge in about 2yrs or sooner.

Practically giving it away now! Price reduced to $3200 w/ trailer. Man I wish I was in the market.

There is one in our marina. Nice looking boat, and a good sailer. I think they were made in Arkansas. It has the same design motor well as my Bristol 19. It's offset to one side at the rear of the cockpit. I lift my motor out and replace a fiberglass plug in the hole when sailing. Very handy.
