Ntica, perhaps some of our fellow Sailfarers down in the South Seas will keep their eyes and ears open for this gentleman's whereabouts.
Hope he's just found a nice island to anchor and fish in for a while, and then turns up happy and healthy a little later!

It may be the boat I stay with for the rest of my days, unless I retire to a cruising/liveaboard life.

Sorry for the necro.

Good news!

We all too often don't get the follow-ups on announcements like this.

Don't worry about the necro; this was the appropriate place to post this.  Thanks for the update.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  -Mark Twain

Good news is always welcome, even if it is in Swedish.

Your short translation is the most important part.

Thanks, Janotse.

Glad that you let us know about this, Janotse! I just realized this was originally posted in 2012.

Translation from Swedish by Google Chrome browser, so it's probably just close, not exact:
