I'm pretty sure that's a Westerly something (not sure which one, but maybe a Tiger), meaning it was well built to begin with, may be a bilge keeler, and probably is worth the money if you have the time and money to fix her up. See here: http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=672

It's a Westerly Cirrus 22 with a fin keel, by the same designer as the larger Tiger (John Butler).

I've always wondered why the toe of the keel would be designed to be so sharp, and thought that it could make going aground a bit of a jolt, with this shape digging in rather than offering forgiveness and tending to ride up over things.

Quite roomy size and layout for 3200 lb boat, compared to say a Seasprite 23 of about the same displacement, although definitely not as traditional and sleek in appearance. Westerly boats are like the 1960s Land Rovers...functionality first.  ;)
