Traveling to Cuba

Hello all and Happy 2016... For those considering sailing to Cuba, you might be interested in the following.

Several weeks ago, our friend Addison Chan onboard the SV Three Penny Opera gave a one hour audio presentation on the VHF here in Boot Key. With Addison's permission, we have posted 2 copies of his presentation  on the Sailing Off The Edge website.

Keep in mind that as a Canadian citizen Addison has a few less restrictions than US citizens, but given the venue of his presentation, most of these differences are taken into account. Addison and his wife have been cruising Cuban waters for a number of years, and will be departing Boot Key headed that way in the next couple of weeks.
