I've seen these "picture wars" in other forums and have enjoyed participating in one with a movie theme.  Here it is not necessarily the pictures themselves that are funny, but the context and the warped way folks think about how one picture beats another.

PS: If ya'll have any questions about what the movie references are, I'll try to answer them.  Some are fairly obscure (which adds to the fun, imo).

I must admit to a rather bizarre sence of humour...but.. this IS a sailing site and in the best interests of ALL.....I think the 'best' humour here is making fun of sailors and their experiences OR ourselves. Politics and religion can be easily laughed at in either ANY news paper, the TV, or the national enquirer. Most of us visit these sites and/or sail to ESCAPE the BS out there. I'm for keeping it.... 'out there'  ;)
