I feel your pain also, with having my broad within reach all day Sat, and being able to point the skiff in almost any direction ,without regard to any wind or current conditions for the duration of my trip.
But I remember an old expression that goes something like
"Never smite the hand that feeds you" or something like that. So twert me. :-X
